In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context explicitly requires otherwise:

2.1 Access to and use of the b8svip Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria simultaneously:
2.2 b8svip reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any time. Where a User is found to be underage, all deposits and winnings will be forfeited, the Account will be permanently closed, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.
3.1 To place wagers or access real-money features, a User must register a single Account on the Platform. Registration requires the provision of accurate, complete, and current information including, but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method.
3.2 Each individual may hold a maximum of one (1) Account on the Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment credentials — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.
3.3 Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. b8svip will treat any activity conducted through an Account as having been authorised by the registered Account holder. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify b8svip immediately via live chat or email.
3.4 b8svip reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.
4.1 All Users are required to complete the KYC verification process before any withdrawal request will be processed. KYC verification may also be triggered at the point of registration, following a change of account details, or where b8svip deems it necessary for security or compliance purposes.
4.2 KYC documentation required may include one or more of the following:
4.3 b8svip will process KYC documentation within 24–48 hours of submission during normal operating hours. Users will be notified of approval or any requirement for additional documentation via their registered email address.
4.4 Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period, or the submission of false, altered, or fraudulent documentation, will result in the immediate suspension of the Account and forfeiture of all pending withdrawals.
5.1 All deposits on the b8svip Platform are processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits may be made via the following methods, subject to availability in your region:
5.2 The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 per transaction. The maximum single deposit amount may vary by payment method and account tier; current limits are displayed on the deposit page within your Account dashboard.
5.3 Deposits are credited to the Account Balance as soon as the corresponding bank transfer or e-wallet transaction is confirmed on the Platform's payment gateway. b8svip does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which b8svip bears no responsibility.
5.4 b8svip accepts only deposits from payment methods that are registered in the Account holder's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those of family members, business associates, or payment intermediaries — are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the originating account where technically possible.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment account registered in the Account holder's own verified name. b8svip will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
6.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
6.3 Before any withdrawal request is approved, the Account holder must have completed KYC verification in full (see Clause 4). b8svip may request additional documentation prior to processing a withdrawal where the transaction amount exceeds standard thresholds or where security flags are raised by our compliance system.
6.4 b8svip targets a withdrawal processing time of under five (5) minutes for verified accounts to all supported Indonesian bank and e-wallet destinations. However, actual transfer completion times are also dependent on the processing speed of the recipient bank or e-wallet provider. b8svip does not guarantee specific delivery times and accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.
6.5 Winnings derived from wagering with Bonus Funds are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirements (see Clause 7) before they are eligible for withdrawal. Attempts to withdraw funds that have not satisfied the relevant Wagering Requirements will result in the forfeiture of any associated bonus winnings.
6.6 b8svip reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that it considers unusual in size, frequency, or pattern. Processing of such requests may be temporarily suspended pending the outcome of that review, for a maximum period of 14 business days.
7.1< All bonuses and promotions offered by b8svip are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotional offer, the provisions of this Clause 7, and these Terms & Conditions as a whole. Where there is a conflict between a promotional-specific term and these Terms & Conditions, the promotional-specific term shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.
7.2 Every bonus carries a Wagering Requirement, expressed as a multiplier applied to the credited bonus amount (and, in some cases, to the qualifying deposit amount). Unless otherwise stated in the promotional-specific terms, standard wagering requirements operate as follows:
7.3 A User may only claim each promotion once, unless the promotion is expressly labelled as a recurring offer. b8svip may, at its sole discretion, withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, either in respect of specific Users or all Users, without prior notice and without liability.
7.4 b8svip reserves the right to void any bonus or promotional entitlement where it identifies abuse, including but not limited to: the creation of multiple accounts, the manipulation of game outcomes, the placing of offsetting or low-risk wagers solely to satisfy wagering requirements, the use of staking patterns designed to exploit promotional structures, or any coordinated activity involving third parties.
7.5 Where any irregular or abusive activity is identified, b8svip may void all associated bonus funds, confiscate any winnings derived from such activity, and — where appropriate — suspend or terminate the relevant Account(s) in accordance with Clause 10.
8.1 All bets placed on the b8svip Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to the relevant product category — sportsbook, live casino, casino games, togel, sabung ayam, virtual sports, or other — as published on the Platform from time to time.
8.2 A bet is deemed to have been placed and accepted only once it is recorded as "confirmed" in your Account history. b8svip is not responsible for bets that fail to register, register incorrectly, or are placed after market closure due to technical interruptions or network failure. Where a bet is closed erroneously as a result of a Platform or provider error, b8svip will review the incident and may cancel, adjust, or settle the bet at correct odds at its discretion.
8.3 b8svip reserves the right to void any bet that is placed at an incorrect or obviously erroneous price (including prices published as the result of a system, data-feed, or manual error), regardless of whether the error was detectable by the User at the time the bet was placed. In such circumstances, the User's stake will be returned to the Account Balance.
8.4 For non-live sportsbook markets, once a bet has been placed and confirmed it cannot be cancelled by the User. Cash-out or edit-bet functionality, where available, is subject to the specific terms governing that product and may be suspended at any time during a live market.
8.5 Voor bola (Asian handicap) betting lines, correct-score markets, and all other football-specific markets are settled strictly in accordance with the official result of the relevant fixture, taking into account the stated handicap, and are subject to the specific sportsbook rules published on the Platform.
8.6 Live betting odds are dynamic and may change at any moment until the market closes. b8svip disclaims all liability for changes in odds between the moment a bet is displayed on your screen and the moment it is confirmed by our servers.
9.1 In addition to any other obligations set out in these Terms & Conditions, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities on or in connection with the Platform:
9.2 Where b8svip has reasonable grounds to suspect any of the above, it may suspend the relevant Account(s) immediately, withhold any funds associated with the suspected conduct pending investigation, and report the matter to the appropriate authorities where required.
10.1 b8svip may terminate or suspend an Account, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where: (a) a User breaches these Terms & Conditions; (b) b8svip is required to do so by law or regulator; (c) b8svip reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity; (d) a User engages in conduct determined by b8svip to be harmful to the Platform, other Users, or its own interests; or (e) an Account is inactive for a continuous period of 24 months.
10.2 Following the closure of an Account for reasons other than a violation of these Terms & Conditions or unlawful conduct, the User's real-money Balance, excluding any Bonus Funds that have not met their applicable Wagering Requirements, will be returned to the User via the withdrawal methods registered on the Account.
10.3 Where an Account is terminated for a material breach of these Terms & Conditions or for unlawful conduct, b8svip may forfeit all funds held in the Account — including real-money balances, bonus funds, and pending winnings — in addition to any other remedies available to it at law.
10.4 Self-exclusion is available at any time through the Responsible Gaming section of the account dashboard, or by contacting our support team. A self-excluded Account will be subject to the mechanisms and durations described in the Responsible Gaming Policy.
11.1 The b8svip Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, b8svip makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation, availability, accuracy, or completeness of the Platform, any content thereon, or any service provided through it.
11.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall b8svip, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or loss of winnings, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
11.4 b8svip expressly disclaims all liability for the acts, omissions, errors, or omissions of third-party payment processors, banks, e-wallet providers, game software providers, service providers, or any other third party that may be involved in the delivery of services to you.
11.5 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of b8svip arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your Account in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.1 All rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including all software, content, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, text, images, audio, video, and the distinctive b8svip branding and design, are and shall remain the exclusive property of b8svip and its licensors.
12.2 Your use of the Platform does not confer upon you any right, title, or interest in the Platform or any of its content. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of b8svip.
12.3 The "b8svip" name, logo, and associated marks may not be used — including in any advertising, promotion, or domain name — without the prior express written permission of b8svip.
13.1 Your personal data is collected, processed, and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.
13.2 You acknowledge and agree that b8svip may collect and process information including, but not limited to: personal identification data, contact details, financial and transactional information, technical data (including IP addresses and device identifiers), and activity logs, for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and quality of service improvement.
13.3 b8svip employs 256-bit SSL encryption and industry-standard security measures to protect personal data in transit and at rest. No method of transmission over the internet is entirely secure, and b8svip cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
14.1 b8svip is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm. All Users are encouraged to set personal limits on their gaming activity and to seek support where gambling may be affecting their wellbeing.
14.2 Every Account holder has access to the following responsible gaming measures at no cost: deposit limits, loss limits, wager limits, session-time limits, reality-check reminders, self-exclusion (temporary or permanent), and time-out functionality.
14.3 Where a User has requested a self-exclusion, b8svip will block all access to the Account for the agreed duration, will not send marketing communications to that User, and will take reasonable steps to prevent the re-registration of a new Account.

15.1 These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with them — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which b8svip is incorporated, without giving effect to any conflict-of-laws principles.
15.2 Online betting is subject to the laws of the User's own jurisdiction, and nothing in these Terms & Conditions constitutes a representation, warranty, or undertaking by b8svip that its services are lawful in every jurisdiction where users may access it. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws in your own location.
15.3 Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably through b8svip's customer support channels shall be referred to binding arbitration in the jurisdiction of b8svip's incorporation, in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules then in force. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties.
16.1 b8svip may amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Any amendment shall take effect from the date it is published on the Platform, unless a different effective date is specified.
16.2 Where a material amendment is made, b8svip will use reasonable efforts to notify affected Users by email and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment shall constitute your acceptance of the amended Terms & Conditions.
16.3 If you do not agree to any amended terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and request the closure of your Account in accordance with Clause 10.
