8.1 b8svip is an internationally incorporated entity whose processing infrastructure is hosted in multiple jurisdictions. As a consequence, the Personal Data of Indonesian Users may be transferred to, and processed in, locations outside the territory of the Republic of Indonesia where b8svip or its established Data Processors maintain facilities.
8.2 Where Personal Data is transferred to a jurisdiction that has not been determined by the relevant authorities to provide an adequate level of data protection, b8svip will implement appropriate safeguards to ensure that the transfer is lawful and that the data continues to enjoy a level of protection substantially equivalent to that set out in this Policy. 12.2 To exercise any of these rights, please contact b8svip using the details set out in Clause 16. b8svip will respond to any valid request within 30 days of receipt, and may require verification of identity before acting on the request.
12.3 b8svip may refuse a request where it is manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive, or where complying with it would conflict with a legal obligation. Where a request is refused, b8svip will provide the Data Subject with a clear written justification for the refusal.
13.1 The b8svip Platform is strictly reserved for individuals aged 21 years and over. b8svip does not knowingly collect, solicit, or process Personal Data from any individual under the age of 18.
13.2 If b8svip becomes aware that it has inadvertently collected Personal Data from an individual under the age of 21 contrary to the Terms & Conditions, it will act promptly to delete such data and to close the associated Account.
13.3 A parent or guardian who believes that a minor has registered an Account on the Platform should contact b8svip without delay at the details set out in Clause 16 so that the Account can be closed and the data deleted.
14.1 The b8svip Platform may, from time to time, contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services. Such links are provided for the convenience of Users and do not constitute an endorsement of the practices or policies of those third parties.
14.2 b8svip exercises no control over the content or privacy practices of third-party sites and accepts no responsibility or liability for them. Users should review the privacy policy of any third-party site before providing it with Personal Data.
14.3 This Policy does not govern any Personal Data that you may choose to share with an external third-party website reached via a link from the b8svip Platform.
15.1 b8svip may amend, update, or replace this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in applicable law, regulation, best practice, or the operation of the Platform. The effective date of each version is displayed at the top of this Policy.
15.2 Where a material change is made, b8svip will provide notice to Users, either by way of an email to the registered address on file or a prominent notice displayed on the Platform, at least fourteen (14) days before the change takes effect.
15.3 Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of a revised Privacy Policy will constitute the User's acceptance of the revised terms. Where the User does not agree to the revised Policy, they should cease using the Platform and may request the closure of their Account.
